The ol' red eye

I spent most of the day raking the beach. As you may know raking can be lonesome work but I had the grebes to keep me company. It was grey and overcast and the threat of rain loomed about all day. It held off until I had done all I wanted to do. I enjoyed my day with the grebes and was grateful for getting that job behind me!
