Saturday: As Soon As The Sun Comes Out

You could be forgiven for thinking there was something exciting going on in the square.  But no, this is just what happens when the sun comes out - particularly if it is the first warm day too.  Everyone emerges blinking into the sunlight and sits outside for coffee.

This is my actually my least favourite spot in Zagreb - Flower Square.  It's all a bit too commercial and aspirational for my liking - what you can't see is the hideous monstrosity of a shopping centre behind me which adds nothing to the look of the square.
