Out to a restaurant in Lithgow today, for the in-laws' fiftieth wedding anniversary. Been there before: lovely, hearty, high-quality country-style fare. Today, we saw at the top of the menu: "All our food is plant-based..."
Riiiiiighto then ...
Frittata sans egg was different. xP Happily mrs tsuken quite liked it, so we swapped, and I had her mushroom and lentil pot pie. The apple and berry cobbler was interesting too. The fruit was unsurprisingly great; the ice-"cream" was surprisingly ok; the cobbler topping stuff had a kind of dusty, gritty oddness. Most strange.
Pity really.
Anyway, on the way there we stopped at the Lolly Bug, and I shot this looking across the Great Western Highway. I think, looking at the tree in the left lower corner, I was a touch front-focused.
