HIGHLAND FESTIVAL

This morning we heard the skirl of bagpipes in the College grounds in the valley. We found pipers from 10 different district bands tuning up before marching to face there judges. Pipers, drummers and judges come in many shapes and sizes. A great display of tartan and kilts. [There's something about a fellow in a kilt!] 
It was hard to stop clapping hearing 150 musicians in the massed display playing 'Scotland the Brave'!
