Carrot juice

Never mind 'My body is a temple', mine is more the size of a cathedral at the moment so this was my nod to health this morning.  With ginger and lime included, it certainly wakes you up in the morning!

First day of my new job.  One of my clients offered me a full time job, which was too good to turn down so I am leaving the ranks of the self-employed and am back properly in media!
