Tom, trying to look as if he's not actually with us, (and looking very cool), gave us a brilliant and knowledgeable guided tour around parts of Manchester. He also knows the best places for coffee and cake.
I had something called Crack Cake so I didn't dare ask what was in it, though it tasted heavenly.
