Strawberry Swing

I just love the Coldplay track Strawberry Swing - it was my first thought for today's title. I made some strawberry lemonade today - just strawberries, lemons & honey...very tasty! Thought I might make them for the kids at Asha's birthday & put a strawberry on the glass, like a mini mocktail! How many times can I say 'strawberry' in this blip?!
A chilled (cockroach-free!) morning...a lovely roast chicken lunch, then a beach catch up with Thea & Rudy... Asha & I enjoyed the walk home, stopping to look at all the wild poppies that are out & about - i've added an extra.
All in all, pretty splendid.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Fun with Asha...lots of laughter with her today....and a little bit of laughter at her too - she bathed in her swimming goggles...she went to bed cuddling a rainbow feather duster & Monkey...She's a one-off that one!
2) Bumping into a friend & her daughter down on the beach - we're arranged some Easter holiday get together. 
3) Wonderful Blippers whose kind comments put a smile on my face the whole day through.
