A Windy Day At The Nest

It was a little warmer today, but we had some very strong east winds most of the day, which made "nest building" a little more interesting!  Often one of the bald eagles would come in and end up sideways in the air, or have to take a second run at the nest.  But the nest appears strong, and the tree was not swaying as much as some out in the wetlands.  Hopefully this nest will last a few years!!
