Looking for lunch

These are two of the poor rain-soaked birds in the garden, looking for a tasty worm for lunch. This young blackbird has just fledged and is one of two produced from a second clutch in a nest in the hedge that I can see from my kichen window. I have watched the parents busy themselves finding food for quite a while now, so I am glad to see it was all worthwhile.
