The Chocolate Curls of Nature

I tried to adapt this to The Big Picture theme, by having a big picture of a small section of this photo, but I loved the richness of the colour in this shot of a eucalyptus shedding its bark, that I had to let go of the idea of reducing it to mono. I honestly find this so exciting - hence my Blip name, I guess!
My extra is the mono that I haven't posted officially and the other extra is a clearer picture of this amazing happening in situ.
