Appreciate the Little Things
This morning I am starting "Take 3" of my LCHF way of eating.
I'm sure I'll stick to it longer than a month this time, and I really do hope so.
So breakfast was boiled eggs, avo, tomato and a couple of slices of bacon. It's really hard for me to eat breakfast as it's a meal I've never habitually eaten until I can face food around lunch time, so was a challenge this morning but 'they' say this way works better at stopping the cravings and naughty snacking in between, so I shall see.
Notice this little ladybug on my garden butterfly this morning.
