The long & winding ....

After a little glimpse of sunshine this morning it clouded over & it stayed grey for the rest of the day ..... typical ...... so much for the first day of Spring!

I took only one shot & this was it ...... it looked very dreary so I changed it to mono which .... I think ...... improved it no end .... hope you like it :-)

We went to Mum's ...... great news ...... she's had a letter from the hospital saying no further treatment required! Doubly good as trailing backwards & forwards to the hospital is a lot for her to cope with & tires her out for a couple of days afterwards.

This evening we went out for a meal ........ very enjoyable ..... then came home & watched the F1 Australian GP. Quite an eventful race ..... good to hear that Alonso was okay after such a massive crash. I'm really glad they've decided to revert to the old method of qualifying ...... didn't like the new one at all.
