Contrasts

A day of contrasts.

Thirty mile spin along the coast first thing in lovely Spring sunshine.

Then home for a conference call and a new client who wants me to get over to Florida and Denver for a week. On top of the other new client who came through on Friday I can sense my cycling time getting squeezed. In between had a good chat with little sister and swapped texts with a pain ridden Smithski.
