Violet

I went to the hospital this morning to see Rachel and Violet before heading home. Violet was very peaceful through the night and Rach had managed to get about 5 hours sleep - long may that continue!

She'd had various tests this morning, including a hearing test and they checked her hips etc and all was ok, so they were being discharged this afternoon.

I had a good journey home and Alan surprised me with a bottle of fizz from one of our local vineyards. I think we deserve to celebrate even if it is a Monday night - cheers!
