The Bellingham Light Brigade is making it's final push before next Saturday's Democratic caucuses -- with another new intersection display on the weekend. All one needs to create a night message is string of LED "fairy lights" from Amazon.com, panel board scraps, a hot glue gun, and enthusiastic letter holders.
