Iris lazica, aflame around the centre of the flower.

A good garden plant, if somewhat prone to slug damage since the flowers are quite low to the ground - mind you everything is prone to slug damage this year!  It has been producing flowers on and off since Christmas so no complaints on it's flower power.

Allotment, Onion sets all planted and more digging done.  Lunch with Jacinta who is a little under the weather right now but still busy with endless admin, laundry, cooked a cottage pie, Asda big shop .... just the washing up to do and I'm for bed!
