Hardcore

The groundwork finished nearly two weeks ago, but they left about two tons of leftover hardcore in the street.  Today, after a week of pestering, one full bag and a half bag were collected by the supplier. They left this half bag behind - presumably because the builders tore it open for easier access and they didn't want to lift it.  Now more pestering is going to be required before the neighbours send a lynch mob round...  If it's still there in another day or two, I'll be naming and shaming those concerned...
