Hiding in a daffodil
This attractive moth I caught in my trap yesterday is the beautiful Oak Beauty Biston strataria. Before I released him I thought I would take a shot or two, and rather than take the shots on a bare board I decided to take a more 'arty' approach and use a daffodil as a background instead. Unfortunately he decided to hide in the trumpet of the flower, and peep over the edge at me - which does show his antennae off quite well!
