Sweetpea on the fence

Went for another run with the Run Timaru group tonight,legs are feeling it now but I need to continue so as not to go backwards. My arm has been causing me some discomfort and this has caused me to favour my left arm and now this is affecting my right arm. I have an appointment with the Orthopedic Surgeon tomorrow  afternoon.
