Every day I see the male bluebird  perching on the Sparrow Guard above the nest box.  He periodically looks inside and sometimes goes inside, but I haven't seen the female at the box and there are no signs of nesting inside. I do see her around in the trees and at the feeders and am wondering if she has found another place to nest....or is she just playing hard to get.
