A sad day.

Today was a sad day for lots of reasons but one reason was close to home and although fortunately only involved the loss of a building it was a building that stood for many years and housed millions of memories especially for locals.
The lovely 30's Regent Cinema in Lyme Regis went up in a massive fire,no one was hurt.I was on the other side of town when we heard crackles and pops as the fire took hold, this image picked out the flames engulfing the roof.
Lets hope they can rebuild.
