Does the weather have an impact on our daily mood?

Why is work on a Monday depressing? Today has just been frustrating as all I seem to do lately is sort everyone else's problems out. I don't think the rain or the grey skies help (pic) as it just sends me into a worse miserable mood. I wonder if the weather does actually have an impact on our daily mood?

I had to call in one of my contractors today to tell them I'm applying liquidated damages against 2 seperate contracts they are managing as they are late. Obviously that went down well but unfortunatly they have had to accept it.

The one thing I do like about Mondays is that there are always documentaries on night time tv. Tonight I'm looking forward to myths about ur 5 a day, biggest waste dumpers and at 9pm is football racist.
