to Wonder

Today was the day for my usual Pilates class and which is the last before the Easter break.

The class for beginners, which I attend, consists of eleven ladies of mature years and myself.  Needless to say they have a great deal of fun at my expense and which, of course, I enjoy!

However when one is contorted on the floor of the Church hall, thinking that life cannot get much worse,  a glance upwards to this notice has the desired effect....

I am glad to say that the taking of this photograph was, in itself, a source a considerable amusement.
