A shot of the carpet and the venue where I'm interviewing prospective new members of my team tonight. It's a pretty good representation of how my brain feels today too - I've been on a training course on business and culture in India which was really interesting with lots of insights I can use with my offshore team.

It's going to be a long day as I won't finish until after 9pm.
