Mono grebe

It was a very dull day today so my photos at lunchtime were very uninspiring.  Luckily it turned into a beautiful evening so I stopped at the River Weaver on the way home.

I'm not convinced that mono bird shots really work but I think the distinctive shape of the Grebe helps.
