SPARKY

This man and his mate were  sawing through an old lamp post opposite Lidl this afternoon (we're gradually having all our orange sodium lights replaced with white LED lights throughout the town, which might make it a bit easier to see the stars and Northern Lights from the house). After I parked and took the photo through the windscreen and went into the shop, I realised that perhaps it wasn't the most sensible idea in the world to leave the car immediately opposite the about-to-be-demolished post, but they seem to have managed it very well between them with no collateral damage.
