Small World

This is Bek. He's from Kyrgyzstan in central Asia. He left there to live in London when he was 19. His work colleague is originally from Albania but now lives in Manchester. They are both here working on a construction project at the Phoenix School, Dawley, Telford. Bek asked me for directions to the Youth Hostel and he was so taken with the Half Moon he came back for dinner.

Bek was a really nice guy. His work ethic and flexibility really raise some issues for UK workers. It was a pleasure to meet him. I tried to explain Blipping to him but I'm not sure he got it.
