Ahhhhh!

Once I'm here I never want to leave.
I could sit and watch the waves all day.
Everything within me goes quiet and calm and just breaths. :)

Today started off with a massage for me to help loosen up my back and relieve the sciatica. It was a very good massage.

Then it was to church to clean and sort stuff ready for the services this weekend. Once we were done we (Audrey, Mom, Camden and I) had a picnic lunch in the little play park at the back of church.

With everyone fed and watered and feeling happy once more we set off for a wander along the shore at Montery. Audrey, mom and Camden headed back to the car while I picked my way along the beach to take some photos.
At this point I stopped, sat and just watched. :)

A quick shop on the way home then mac n cheese for dinner.

Camden has been a delight all day despite going without a nap this afternoon. He had plenty of opportunity but was too interested in all that was going on.
He is so much fun! Tonight he decided to try out bananas as hair moose....it worked really well!!! ;)
