Start them young!

Today I took Mum to Ilkley, the scene of many of her childhood holidays at Aunt Ruth's. We visited my cousin and husband, but really went to see their younger son, daughter-in-law and their 2 offspring.

L is 5 going on 10 and E is 3 going on 18!! They are delightful children and it was a pleasure to reacquaint ourselves with L and meet E for the first time. I had my camera and there was a hilarious interlude when I tried to take a family portrait. Thoughts of herding cats came to mind. After that L and E took over. Perhaps we will wait awhile before telling E how to switch the camera on........!!

Rather tired after 250 mile round trip.
