Pretty thug

Why are the garden thugs so attractive?
These Alstromeria were in the garden when we came here 29 years ago and if I hadn't been brutal I think they would cover the lot!
I also have some yellow ones and a pic of them was technically better but I liked the way this slightly overexposed one has come out with a blueish green background - that's how it came out of the camera
