Espresso and Gründonnerstag
Maundy or Holy Thursday is called "Green" Thursday here.
In good old tradition I had green food for dinner: spinach and scrambled eggs.
And espresso afterwards, cooked in my moka pot (we call the pot espresso cooker here, but I know it's not correct - but who cares....)
The moka pot espresso was delicious - I had been looking forward to it all day. Much better than capsule espresso.
The cooker is fairly new and sure the excitement will wear off, but for now.... enjoying it (including the "making-of"!).
On Easter holidays now and room for more espresso cooking the coming week!
