The very handsome male pheasant left a present

... I should think so too the amount of food they consumed - actually we don't feed them specifically but they run around picking up the seeds that other birds have dropped.  Oh and they eat the blackbirds apples too.

Another cold and grey day with a small amount of light rain.  I've planted a few more seeds (tomatoes) and moved a few trays out of the propagator.  We're now sat down taking it easy - I guess I'd better go and think about food in a minute.
