Halves

This is a whole rope but apparently it's called a half rope... no, not half a rope.

I'm reminded of the old rhyme:-
"How many beans ropes make five?
Two beans ropes,
A bean rope,
A bean rope and a half
And half a bean rope.

Anyway I'm now the owner of this half rope and also the owner of half a bouldering mat... then we went to the climbing wall, bouldering as usual, followed by a pint and a trip to the chippie.
