The last throws...

The last throws of Mother's Day flowers.

They're not going to last any longer. 

A bit of experimentation while taking a few minutes break from work calls and jobs. 

The original image was taken with a 100mm macro using f16, mounted on a tripod and using mirror lockup so there was plenty of depth of field and it was all pin sharp. Natural light from the lounge window.

Then I go and do the opposite! The effect was obtained with Analogue Efex 2 creating some blur effects and the saturation muted a little. 

The jury is still out.....
