Today was the end of....

.......an era for me. The little gym that I've been going to for almost 10 years has decided to move away from these facilities. To say that they (Age UK) have been treated badly is a massive understatement. It all restarts again at a different venue on 11 April but I shall be in Wales then and so will not go until 18th. I'm sad but glad that something has been sorted finally. I've made friends there and really hope that we all don't lose touch.

Been to the pub and had some gin and tonic and now have fish and chips for supper! Can't be bad really.
