Pain

Although I work in internal medicine some days it feels like pain management. It is frustratingly subjective because I can't quantify how much pain a person is in. Most say 10/10 pain because they feel a provider won't take them seriously if it isn't a high number. It was a long day with exhausting patients, but at least I had dance class with my favorite partner to look forward to...or so I thought. We drove in traffic past Pasadena to only have a beer at a dive bar to find out class was cancelled!
