Just Checking....

..that the camera survived the +25mph bicycle crash. Happily, it did. So did I, more or less. Haven't come off the bike for a good long while now but I can positively confirm that it's still not a fun or advisable thing to do. I think the chain slipped from middle ring to bottom ring as I stood on the pedals to power up the hill. That was enough to cause me to completely lose balance and hit the tarmac with a helluva thud. I did manage to cycle the 10 miles home but a week and a half later, I'm still not sure whether I have cracked a rib or not. The bike, however, is just fine.
