bOWling

Started off the bank holiday morning by taking the Kid bowling with her little friend and her dad, Andy. This is Andy knocking lumps of rust off his bowling joints. My poor old wrist and knee hurt like hell now ( hence the OW ) but it was a lot of fun.

Hadn't been ten pin bowling for a loooong time.
