Where am I?

A gatepost.

Sometimes roads get renamed and therefore the houses are re-numbered.
Sometimes gate posts get re-used.

I don't know what happened here, but there is also a different street in Bristol in the vicinity, where most of the houses have 2 very different numbers on them.
