Summer Evening

Can this really be almost the same place as this, just over a week ago. Remember the days when the only thing to worry about was whether you'd get called in by your mother before it had got dark or the game had finished? Football in the park, jumpers for goalposts. This was Roseburn Park this evening with children kicking a football about beneath Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. I played a few games of mixed hockey in this park myself, back in the day but it seems like a long time ago now! I suppose it was, as it was when I worked for Scottish & Newcastle, who I finished working for in 1998.
