to be Hard at Work

My neighbour is keen to take up bee keeping.   So keen in fact that he had three old hives placed in his orchard a couple of years ago.  Here you see then.

This is a less than satisfactory situation and they really need to be raised off the ground and away from the grass.

So there was nothing for it other than to build him a couple of proper stands.

Here you see the finished job.  It has taken me a day in total to construct them.

Every bit of these stands consists of re-cycled materials!
