Good Flower Friday

Today I joined the Walk of Witness from one village to the other, carrying the cross (in the background). It has been a gorgeous sunny day, and the daffodils were all mimicking the sun's smiling face. We walked about 5.5km (according to the pedometer on my phone) - which has been great. Plus there was lunch half way - a selection of five soups, and everyone completely delicious. There are some superb cooks in the villages!

I took pictures the entire way, and had some lovely shadows of the carried cross, but this one I felt would also meet Flower Friday. And a very seasonal Flower Friday at that!
