Grandparents day out

Took Thomas today to go on a steam train from Bury to Rawtenstall. He was excited for the train to arrive but unsure about going on it, once sat down inside though he was fine and enjoyed the journey. Until the train let out its steam just as we were walking past at the end the noise and fierceness of the steam made him jump out of his skin! Cuddles and reassurance were needed. Lunch was in the 'Trackside' the bar on the station at Bury where Grandad had a couple of glasses of Dark ale (grandma was driving so had water) The sign on the window was a little alarming but thankfully Thomas was a good boy!
