Jungle of Stone

We are in São Paulo. This is a small view of what we call "Jungle of Stone": The building to the left is a hospital and there is a new building almost ready - not sure what it is.
We visited today my mother-in-law. She had a pulmonary thromboembolism and stayed 20 days at the hospital. Now she is slightly better at home, but she needs a device to help her to breath. She has more than 96 years. We pray everyday for her, she is a very strong woman and will certainly be better in a couple of months, I believe so.
