a monster-sized flower...

...nearly stopped me in my tracks today

the shear size of it astounding me... look at it - have you ever seen such a thing? with that color... jeesh - the yellow is simply amazing... again, this is one of those rare times - where the shot is straight out of the camera - other than a tad bit of cropping to make it fit...

the only question i have... that you all must help me with:

is this a sunflower... or a yellow daisy?

not that it matters much... a flower is a flower is a flower to me... they bring joy - relief - wonder - and always make for...
