At some point between leaving the changing facility and meeting back up with his mum, auntie, uncle and cousins, I managed to not notice that he'd dropped the wee monkey he was carrying. It was only the small monkey which came free with his dressing-gown but he'd suddenly latched quite firmly onto it a few days ago, perhaps favouring the greater portability compared to his proper monkey. It didn't turn up in lost property but was only mentioned expectantly a few times before being mostly forgotten overnight.
