Grandpa turned 78 today. Felt great to be here to celebrate with him. He's been such a fantastic father figure to me over the years and his support and guidance has been never ending. I couldn't have asked for a better gramps.
Ventured out into the glorious sunshine this afternoon, over the mountain to Aberdare for a little wander around the shops. Li'l sis had her first ice cream of the year!
Stopped on our way home to have a good look at the view.The scenery around here is completely breathtaking.
Back to Maerdy to await our family visitors-7 in total. It has been a lovely day.
