Good Friday

This isn't really the kind of picture I want for today - but I only had 2 to chose from.

I really liked our Good Friday service this morning at church. We had friends round for lunch afterwards which was lovely.

We went to hear Handel's Messiah sung brilliantly at another local church. I saw the stacked kneelers as we were leaving.

The day ended off-kilter as we went back to someone's house after the Messiah, and all our hosts wanted to do was talk about Elbow's job. I'd rather have talked about why Good Friday is good.
