Monument Valley

We left Page today and headed east across the desert expanse of Arizona. After a long drive we stopped at monument valley to look around the Navajo reserve. The museum was interesting, stating the history of the area and its people. We then took the dirt track scenic drive through the reserve getting in amongst the towering sandstone rock pillars. You could easily picture some old cowboy westerns taking place right between the columns.
