Getting ready

Today was spent cleaning the church, uncovering the high altar mosaic (which had been covered for Lent and Good Friday) and arranging the flowers for the Easter Service tonight where we will greet the Risen Christ.

We usually have this service at 6am Sunday morning, but the vicar had changed the time to 8.30pm tonight. I am presiding (being the priest) at my first big service, *gulp*!
